Stanley is a founder of Young Christian Professionals. An organization that helps formerly incarcerated people re-enter life on the outside. He is on a mission to give hope to those society has ultimately condemned. In 2021, Stanley became part of the inaugural cohort of The Witness Fellows.

Fueled by his God-sized vision and equipped by the TWFF, Stanley has expanded the work of Young Christian Professionals, a ministry in Ohio prisons to reach incarcerated men and their families with the redemptive nature of the gospel, to two new Ohio prisons. YCP launched the Barbershop and Beauty Salon Franchise Entrepreneurs Program, emphasizing skills for returning citizens. With a vision of systemic change, YCP is partnering with a local Ohio Prosecutor’s office to bring the spirit of faith through restorative justice training. Stanley is now in talks to expand the work from Ohio to Michigan.

Through the support of the TWF fellowship, Stanley received additional training, support, and funding to execute the mission to which God has called him.
