The Witness Foundation Appoints Danielle Marck as President

Philadelphia, PA – July 31, 2024 – Danielle Marck, an esteemed leader in the nonprofit sector, has been promoted to President of the Witness Foundation. Danielle brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, including three transformative years at The Witness Foundation, where she has excelled in and matriculated through multiple roles.  An alumnus of West Chester University, Danielle holds a certification from the Yale School of Management, with a specialization in Fostering Diversity and Inclusion. Additionally, Danielle is in the process of obtaining her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification, further solidifying her expertise. 

Danielle was named one of Radio One’s (formally known as Urban One’s) Boom 30 Under 30, highlighting her impactful contributions and leadership in the Greater Philadelphia community through music and campus ministry. Danielle is also the Founder and CEO of The Didoc Group, a consultancy firm dedicated to empowering BIPOC leaders and helping them scale their organizations effectively. She is also a proud member of ForbesBLK, a community of Black leaders who are making significant impacts in their respective fields.

Danielle's journey is marked by a commitment to fostering change through ingenuity and compassionate responses. She is excited to step into this new role at The Witness Foundation exemplifying her dedication to philanthropy and social impact energized through her faith. Recently married, Danielle resides close to Philadelphia with her husband Josh. 

Reflecting on her journey, Danielle stated, “I have enjoyed championing the flourishing of Black Christians here at The Witness Foundation for the last three years and look forward to continuing this work in my new role.”
